Robinson Printing InDesign PDF Preset

The simpliest and most effective way to submit artwork is to create a high resolution PDF file. We have created a PDF preset for InDesign that you can download and save on your own computer. This will insure that your files will be saved correctly and fewer mistakes will occur. The instructions where to save the preset are below. For saving a PDF from another program, click here.

The preset file needs to be placed into the Adobe PDF Setting folder. In the Library, go to Application Support > Adobe > Adobe PDF > Settings. Once placed, the Robinson Printing preset will appear in the InDesign Adobe PDF Presets menu. If you have any questions or problems, please call the Graphics Department at (951) 296-0300.
